a. Returns

We take great care in ensuring the quality of every Caromaria bag.
Returns are accepted only if:

  • You receive a defective or damaged product, or
  • The product received is incorrect.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at lux@caromaria.in within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

b. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

Please note that:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or minor variations in color/texture.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (as per our return policy) and place a new order.
