1. Shipping Coverage

Caromaria currently ships within India only.
We are working toward expanding our reach internationally in the future, but as of now, orders placed through www.caromaria.in can only be delivered to Indian addresses.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Processing time includes quality checks, packaging, and dispatching from our facility.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, deliveries usually take 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier partner service availability.
You will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delays may occur during high-volume periods, national holidays, or due to unforeseen logistics issues beyond our control (such as strikes, weather, or courier delays).


4. Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping details — including name, address, pin code, and contact number — are accurate at the time of placing your order.
Caromaria is not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is undelivered due to the customer’s unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, the order will be returned to us.
In such cases:

  • Refunds will be issued only for products eligible under our Return & Refund Policy and after deduction of the original shipping cost.
